A Simplified Approach – Chill
Single Oils: black pepper, white pepper, ginger, siberian fir, cinnamon leaf
- keep feet, neck and affected area covered
- Take a drop of cinnamon in a glass of water
- Rub black pepper in lotion or massage oil on the affected area
- Apply siberian fir to the chest to help offset the exposure to the cold air
